Nackil Sung

Head, Library Technology Services

Nackil oversees Library Technology Services (LTS) and manages Booth Library's microcomputers and network resources. His research interests include organization and access of information, document delivery,  programming, and user interfaces. Sandra Nees

LAN Administrator

Sandy manages the day to day operations of Library Technology Services and oversees the Library Technology Services' computer lab.  She has been working at Booth Library since 1991.  In addition to being our Microsoft Word expert, she teaches workshops to Eastern faculty, staff and students on Microsoft Word 2003, Microsoft Access 2003 and Web Page Creation with Netscape Composer.  Sandy received her  B.S. in Education from Eastern.  You may contact her by e-mail at sknees@eiu.edu .

Brian Hyder

LAN Support Specialist I

Lisa Childress

Library Specialist

Lisa began working at Booth Library in 1981. She works evenings handling the LTS desk as well as maintaining our Media Reserve materials.   She received her M.A. in English and is taking additional course work in that field.  Lisa may be contacted at lmchildress@eiu.edu.

Tina Jenkins

Library Specialist

Tina began working for Booth Library, Circulation Department, in 1999 and transferred to Library Technology Services in September of 2002. Tina received a B.S. in Operations Management from Eastern.  She works days in LTS and handles the desk as well as all student help matters.  Check the library workshop schedule for Tina's workshops on Microsoft Excel 2003. Johna Shackles

Library Assistant
